VEYR Copenhagen is the data controller. Contact us through the form with questions or to request access, correction or deletion.

Product interest list

With your consent, we store your email, selected product, optional size, and the date and wording of your consent. We use this to send one email when the selected product and colour become available to buy. Joining the list is not an order or a newsletter subscription.

You may withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link provided after signing up or by contacting us. Unsubscribing deletes the entry. Entries older than 12 months are deleted automatically at the next signup or visit to the owner area.

Visitor statistics

Statistics are optional and only start when you select “Allow statistics”. We measure page views and bag activity using a random visitor number, general device type and, where available, the referring domain. Statistics do not store your IP address, name, email, full referring URL or page query parameters. The number is not used to identify you on other websites.

Your statistics choice is saved in the browser for up to 180 days. A visitor number is stored in the tab's session storage and replaced after 30 minutes of inactivity. Statistics older than 90 days are deleted at the next statistics event or owner-area visit. You can change your choice through “Statistics settings” at the bottom of the website.

Customer messages

We store your name, email, optional order number and message to handle your enquiry. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering questions and providing customer service. Information is retained for as long as needed for the enquiry and any subsequent claims.

Enquiries from the bag

When you select “Proceed to checkout” while items are unavailable to order, the selected products, sizes and quantities are sent to VEYR as an anonymous availability enquiry. We do not store a name, email or IP address with this click. It is not an order. If you send the contact form, your selected items are included with your name, email and message so we can reply.

Website operations and email notifications

The website and its database run on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend and FormSubmit send the owner email notifications about enquiries and signups. Notifications contain information from the form. Statistics are not sent to FormSubmit.

Hosting and email providers may process technical information for operations and security, and information may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Contact us for more information about processing and the basis for any transfers.

Language and currency

Language and currency choices are stored in an essential cookie for up to 180 days. Your country is used to select language and currency; we do not store your IP address for this purpose. Our server retrieves exchange rates from Frankfurter without sending your contact details or IP address to the service.

Bag, purchases and payment

Your bag is stored locally in your browser to preserve your selected products. For purchases, your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details are used to process and deliver the order. Once payment is enabled, card payments are handled by Quickpay; VEYR does not store full card details. Order and accounting records are retained as required by applicable rules.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and object where applicable rules allow. You may withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
